We will gladly exchange or refund the item that you are not satisfied with, provided that it’s unused and still in original packaging.
No refunds or exchanges can be accepted for promotional, on sale or discounted items.
The fact that our handbags are imported directly from Italy, we unfortunately do not offer refunds or exchanges.
In the case where there is a manufacturer defect, goods need to be returned within 14 days from purchase date. The customer will have to courier the item back to seller at his/her account.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within a few days.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to do an exchange, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Due to limited quantity per item, we can not guarantee the exact same style or colour.
To return your product, you should email email@example.com to receive the exact address in Cape Town.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
We can not be held responsible for any mishandling or loss of the item being returned.
